About AegisOps
AegisOps exists to help operations teams move faster without losing control—by combining governed automation, change-aware context, and human-in-the-loop incident investigation.
Our Mission
Make operational excellence easier to sustain—so teams spend less time chasing context and more time improving reliability.
What We Believe
Governance Is A Feature
Automation adoption should come with approvals, auditability, and clear ownership.
Evidence Beats Opinions
Incident conclusions should be grounded in observable signals and recent change context.
Chat Is The Operational Interface
Teams collaborate in chat; workflows should meet them there with structure and clarity.
Context Must Survive Shifts
Decisions and rationale should be reusable, not trapped in threads.
Start Small, Expand Confidently
Trust is built through phased rollout and measurable targets.
Why Now
Infrastructure has become more dynamic and distributed, while incident response still depends heavily on humans assembling context across tools. At the same time, AI systems are becoming more capable at multi-step reasoning and tool usage—creating an opportunity to support operators with governed workflows that fit enterprise controls.
AegisOps is being built to apply those capabilities where they matter most: triage, investigation, RCA drafting, and repeatable Day-2 operations.
Our Story
AegisOps is being built for the messy reality of on-call: alert fatigue, tool sprawl, change ambiguity, and the pressure to explain "what happened" after mitigation.
We're pre-launch as of March 1, 2026, and intentionally keeping early access high-touch so we can validate workflows, governance patterns, and integration boundaries with real operator feedback—before planned availability on April 15, 2026.
